Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date.
If you exceed your tracked contact limit, EVE will notify you and pause adding new contacts until you either remove contacts from scope or upgrade to the next tier. Active sequences for existing tracked contacts continue uninterrupted.
