The story behind EVE
Vadim Rogovskiy
Before founding EVE, Vadim spent six years in revenue operations and growth roles at B2B technology companies, where he repeatedly encountered the same problem: massive CRM databases full of inbound leads that had been touched once, twice, maybe three times — and then effectively abandoned.
The tools to surface and re-engage those leads didn't exist in any coherent form. RevOps teams were either manually triaging dormant contacts in spreadsheets, running blunt email blasts that got flagged as spam, or ignoring the problem entirely and buying more demand gen.
EVE was built to close that gap. The thesis was simple: if AI can score a lead's reactivation potential accurately, and if you can sequence the outreach across the right channels at the right moment, you can recover a meaningful percentage of dormant pipeline without generating a single new lead. That thesis has held up in production.
EVE was incorporated in Atlanta, GA in 2022 and raised $1.2M in angel funding in 2025 to accelerate product development and go-to-market.
